1. Subscription Overview

1.1 The Golden Fusion Mail Club is a monthly subscription service that provides curated mail packages containing items such as art prints, personalised letters, stickers, and other materials determined solely by Golden Fusion Artistry.

1.2 The Service is provided on a subscription basis. By subscribing, you authorise recurring payments until you cancel in accordance with Section 8 of these Terms.

1.3 All contents of monthly packages are subject to artistic variation, production changes, availability of materials, and creative discretion. No guarantees are made regarding the specific content, style, colour, or theme of any monthly package.

2. Eligibility

2.1 You must be at least 18 years of age to subscribe.
2.2 By subscribing, you represent that all information you provide is accurate and complete.

3. Payment & Billing

3.1 Subscription fees are billed monthly in advance via the payment method provided.

3.2 You authorise Golden Fusion Artistry to automatically charge the applicable subscription fee to your payment method each billing cycle until cancellation.

3.3 If a payment cannot be processed, we may suspend or cancel your subscription immediately, without notice.

3.4 Golden Fusion Artistry is not responsible for overdraft fees, bank charges, or third-party fees.

4. Pricing & Modifications

4.1 We reserve the right to modify subscription pricing at any time.
4.2 Price changes will take effect upon the next billing cycle.
4.3 Continued use of the Service after a price adjustment constitutes acceptance of the new price.

5. Shipping & Delivery

5.1 Monthly mail packages are dispatched during the first week of each month.

5.2 Shipping times vary by location and postal carrier. We are not liable for:

• Delayed deliveries caused by postal services, customs, weather, or external factors

• Lost, stolen, or damaged packages after dispatch

• Incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the subscriber

5.3 It is the subscriber’s responsibility to ensure their delivery address is current and correct.
Failure to do so may result in lost mail with no eligibility for replacement or refund.

6. Refunds, Returns, and Replacements

6.1 Due to the personalised and limited-edition nature of the Service, all subscription payments are final and non-refundable, including but not limited to:

• Change of mind

• Dissatisfaction with artistic content or style

• Postal delays

• Missed shipments due to incorrect address

• Failure to update billing information

6.2 Replacements for damaged items may be offered at our sole discretion and may require photographic evidence.

6.3 Golden Fusion Artistry is not obligated to reship or replace any item lost, delayed, or mishandled by postal services.

7. Intellectual Property

7.1 All artwork, letters, designs, stickers, and materials included in the subscription are protected by copyright and/or intellectual property law.

7.2 Subscribers are granted a limited, non-transferable license for personal use only.

7.3 You may not reproduce, distribute, sell, modify, scan, upload, or publicly display any subscription content without prior written permission from Golden Fusion Artistry.

7.4 Any unauthorised use will be considered a violation of copyright and may result in legal action.

8. Cancellation Policy

8.1 Subscriptions may be cancelled at any time prior to the next billing date.

8.2 Cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing period.
Payments already processed will not be refunded.

8.3 Failure to cancel before the billing date results in automatic renewal and charge for the next month.

8.4 We reserve the right to terminate any subscription at our discretion for misuse, payment failure, or violation of these Terms.

9. Service Modifications

9.1 We may modify, suspend, or discontinue any aspect of the Service at any time without liability.

9.2 If the Service is permanently discontinued, subscribers will be notified and no future charges will apply. No refunds will be issued for current or previous billing cycles.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law:

10.1 Golden Fusion Artistry is not liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from the subscription or use of the Service.

10.2 Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount paid for the subscription during the month in which the claim arose.

10.3 We make no guarantees regarding the emotional, artistic, or personal impact of the artwork provided.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Australia.
Any disputes shall be resolved exclusively in the relevant courts within Australia.
